A refugee camp, crowded with sick and starving people. A teenage girl carries her little brother on her back. They are starving, but they patiently wait their turn. They have walked for miles and seen horrors and been through heartaches that the British nurse who treats them could not even imagine. Where have they come from? And what will happen to them?
