*Courier is not included in our free shipping offer.
*Rural Delivery surcharge applies to all rural orders including courier. 
*Overweight threshold is set at 3kgs. Any orders over 3kgs will be charged $30.00 via an invoice emailed to customer. 
We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees. 

We deliver your items throughout New Zealand using NZ Post. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 up to 3kg in weight. **Any orders overweight may be charged $30.00**

We endeavor to deliver your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch, except:

• Deliveries to rural addresses
• Deliveries to the South Island
• Friday-Sunday purchases

We can deliver internationally.  Please email us at [email protected] for a shipping quote.  You are responsible for your country’s customs and taxes applied to imported items.

 

Refunds

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

If your item is damaged, or you have simply changed your mind, you can return the time to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.  The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
