Acceptance of Terms

The placement of an order implied full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as stated hereon and implied.

 

Prices and Currency

Gracebooks NZ is a New Zealand based Charitable Trust and all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Prices are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars and we do not accept other currencies.
We endeavor to give our customers the best retail prices we can, taking into account the costs we incur in bringing goods into New Zealand.  In doing so, we reserve the right to change the prices of goods from time to time, without notice.

 

Payment and Security

We accept payment by Credit Card and Direct Deposit into our bank account.

Credit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard.  Payments are processed via the secure Lightspeed Payments service.  Lightspeed uses the STRIPE internet payment gateway for processing and settlement of transactions.

Please use your order number as a reference when using Direct Deposit.  Please email us at [email protected] to confirm your payment.  We will dispatch your order when the payment appears in our bank account.

 

Delivery

We deliver your items throughout New Zealand using TOLL.  Unless delivery is to a PO Box, in which case, your items are delivered by NZ Post.
We endeavor to deliver your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch, except:

  • Deliveries to rural addresses
  • Deliveries to the South Island

We can deliver internationally.  Please email us at [email protected] for a shipping quote.  You are responsible for your country’s customs and taxes applied to imported items.

 

Refunds

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!
If your item is damaged, or you have simply changed your mind, you can return the time to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.  The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We may not always be able to replace your item.  In this case, we reserve the right to issue you a refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded if you have simply changed your mind.
Refunds will be applied to your method of payment.

 

Privacy Policy

Gracebooks NZ is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security, and privacy of your information.  Any information we collect about you will only be used in the fulfillment of any order placed with us or to communicate marketing material to you if you have agreed to that.  While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with unrelated third parties unless required to by law.  When you place an order, we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions.  No credit card details are kept by Gracebooks NZ after a purchase has been completed.
